Korrie-Mae Wiszniak 

Chief Executive Officer

Korrie-Mae is a visionary and values based leader, with over 20 years of executive leadership focusing on driving strategy, creating strong teams via a culture of shared ethical practice, vision and values and leading substantial financial growth and program stability. Korrie-Mae’s leadership as an Executive Business Coach, CEO of a Montessori Preschool and VP and Co-founder of a boutique custom home building organization over the last 10 years, has demonstrated a multidiscipline focus with a diverse set of business skills and extensive experience in strategic planning, operational execution and customer experience. She advocates for building a family and child centric culture based on inspiring collaborative efforts and aiming for program excellence and aligned integrity in child care and early learning.

 

 

Colleen Hutton

Director of Centre Operations

I have been an Early Childhood Educator for over 30 years, with various positions in the ECE profession within 3 provinces. Included in my experiences, in both urban and rural settings, are directing child care operations, licensing child care facilities, consulting roles, and implementing care and learning programs. With each position comes shared learning and knowledge of the ECE profession for the provision of best practices for the children and families using the child care services.

Dionne Maier

Director of HR

Dionne began her journey with Churchill Park in 1996. Over her tenure, she has worked in many of the programs in the agency, and has been instrumental in the steady growth of the company. She is our Director of Human Resources and an active member of the Executive Leadership Team. Dionne is passionate about strengthening the field of ECE through her internal and external advocacy for a well-educated and well-supported early learning and child care workforce. Her practice and her approach are deeply rooted in her belief that well supported and inspired employees will creatively and collectively achieve organizational goals. She is highly consultative and helps navigate change through being transparent, honest and engaging those around her.
Dionne grew up in Saskatchewan and received her Bachelor of Education, with a specialization in Early Childhood, from the University of Regina. Dionne is certified as a Level 3 – Child Development Supervisor in the Province of Alberta. Since joining the Executive Leadership Team, she has completed her Non-Profit Management Certificate from Mount Royal University and received her designation of Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). On a personal level, Dionne loves to spend time with her large family and can often be found in her garden or at her painting easel.
