Mental health has come to the forefront with the duration and changes associated with the pandemic. Our team’s well-being is a top priority, so we’re excited to be taking part in AdaptiveYYC, a free resilience training initiative that helps individuals manage stress, build emotional well-being, and lead more purposeful lives. Led by United Way of Calgary and Area, in collaboration with Headversity, AdaptiveYYC is designed to help us build resilience to respond to the adverse impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, and continue working to the best of our ability in these difficult times.

This initiative provides us with a great opportunity to build on our E.Q., improve our mental well-being, and feel more connected as a team. Commencing October 1, our team has had access to the Headversity app, and three 30-minute on-demand learning webinars to help with their resilience training. We thank our families for supporting our team with great communication throughout the pandemic and also for supporting our efforts!
