Friends of Churchill Park is an emergency fund established by Churchill Park to respond to the economic needs of its families. Churchill Park can offer monetary assistance (i.e. no-interest loans or grants) to families and staff who may find themselves in urgent, short-term need of financial help.

Requests for support are submitted to Churchill Park program managers and a determination of funding is based on the decision of the fund assessment committee.

Recipients are encouraged to pay back the loan as time and ability allow. Provision of parent fee subsidies is included in long range planning, dependant on resources in the fund.

This emergency assistance literally helps some families 'keep the lights on' when limited resources make paying the bills a challenge.
