June 2010, Penn West partners with Churchill Park Family Care Society to open a new state-of-the-art child care centre. the PlayPenn Child Care Centre is located in the heart of downtown Calgary for children aged 0 to 6 years.

November 2008, a program called BabyWorks was launched by the Churchill Park Family Care Society, answering an urgent need for high quality care for infants in Calgary.
On November 2007, Churchill Park opened the Early Learning and Care Centre on Centre Street for children aged 19 months to 6 years.
